Shel Holtz is principal of Holtz Communication + Technology, where he brings over 30 years of experience to his efforts to help companies adapt their organizational communication efforts to the worlds on online and social media. A veteran communicator for Fortune 500 companies, Shel has consulted as an independent practitioner since 1996. He is the author of several books on the subject, including "Public Relations on the Net," "Corporate Conversations," "Blogging for Business" and "How to Do Everything with Podcasting." A familiar face on the speaking circuit, Shel is also a research fellow and advisory board member with the Society for New Communication Research and a fellow of the International Association of Business Communicators. With his co-host, Neville Hobson, Shel launched the first PR-focused podcast, "For Immediate Release," in January 2005; it continues twice-weekly today.
